The policeman asks for a return favor and the boys oblige, oblivious to the ill fate that...。罗达是一名毒品专家，毒品贩卖遍及东南亚地区。菲律宾警员艾力无意中逮捕到由香港往菲验货的罗达，由高志鹏受命前往菲押解罗返港，不料途中被罗之手下救走。高虽受重伤亦决意留在菲缉拿罗达归案。此时，艾力和日本国际刑警大岛柔美奉命协助高，由于两人性格不合，闹出不少笑话和误会。但追捕歹徒的过程仍充满凶险，殊不知还有更大的阴谋等着他们。。20世纪70年代，实行夜禁政策的韩国，天一入夜，马路就禁止通行。GO GO 70俱乐部里，由主唱相奎（曹承佑饰）和引领着时髦舞蹈潮流的女歌手美美（申敏儿饰）带着台下的年青人们，用音乐的魅力打破了这种死寂的气氛。可是，尽情享受着音乐和青春跳动的活力的年青人们预料不到的危机也来临了…… 午夜十二点整，警告人们回到家中的汽笛声鸣响，可是演出依然要按照预定的时间准时开场！。
