《超级赛罗格斗》是圆谷公司特摄的一部后续作品，主要是讲述《奥特曼传奇》电影后的故事，其目的就是为了给赛罗奥特曼一个新型创造的空间！。变身包裹派送员的30岁IT女Meena（Noon 饰）遇见了令她一见钟情的男人Athit（Iang 饰） 。在一个星期日Athit发生了交通事故，Meena救下他并紧急送医，为了签手术同意书Meena不得不假扮其女友。Athit的家人来到医院见到他的“女朋友”都表示很高兴，唯独Athit的弟弟Than（Joss 饰） 不相信她。同时，Athit真正的女朋友Katie（Jan 饰）也出现了，麻烦接踵而至。在朝夕相处中，Meena与Than互生情愫，四人的感情将如何收场？Meena的心里究竟爱着谁呢？。A miracle independent film capturing the growth of a single baby over a period of 3 years.
